There are some essentials when I travel besides clothing and my travel passport. I’m one person who make sure my handy organizer or memo book is packed in my backpack, and I’ll usually throw in a few Papermate pens, just in case I need them to pen down notes or fill in any forms.  As far as first aid is concerned, I will include in some basic essentials like antiseptic lotion and plasters, ointment and panadol. In most places, you should be able to find a pharmacy if the need arises unless you are traveling to untrod places which may require you to stock up a few more emergency items. Always find out more about the destination you are traveling to by doing the necessary research on health information and requirements. This way, you can avoid any unexpected medical costs especially if you don’t plan to get a travel insurance for your travels.
